General Questions

No, our games do not have any regional or country limitations. You can purchase and play them from anywhere in the word without restrictions.

An account that includes the game you purchased. You will be able to play everything on your own account. Our account is only needed to get the games or subscription to your console.

The account is shared between two people. 

 
1. One user uses "My Home Xbox Method" To do this, press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, then go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization > My home Xbox and select Make this my home Xbox. This allows the shared account to share its games and subscriptions to your console.
 
2. The other user uses the "Switch Method" which works like this: you log in to the purchased account and then switch back to your own account (The purchased account remains active for all the time you play). To switch accounts, press the Xbox button to open the guide, go to Profile & system, then select Add or switch. Choose your own account from the list. 
 
Both users can play the games without interfering with each other!
 
Details about which method to use, along with step-by-step instructions on how to use it, will be sent to your email together with the purchased product.

Yes, access is guaranteed for life.

Bans, stolen accounts, and data change options

No, the accounts are not stolen. The Crocphin team creates all accounts, ensuring that they are legitimate and safe for use. We take great care in providing quality products to our customers.

No, account information cannot be changed initally, as we need to maintain access to ensure compliance with our rules. If you violate these rules, we have the right to remove your access to your account entirely.

This would never happen under normal circumstances, but if an account does get banned, we will compensate you with another account at no additional cost. However, if the ban occured due to an issue caused by your actions, you will not be eligible for a compensation.

Checkout Questions

We cannot change this requirement, but you don't need to enter your real address. You can provide any address as long as all the details match the same country; otherwise, it won't work.
